When you verify a purchase, we collect your email address. This is:

• Stored in our database alongside your purchase record

Chat Data

The extension reads Microsoft Teams chat messages to enable the export feature. This data includes:

• Message content
• Author names
• Timestamps
• Chat titles

Important: Chat data is processed entirely within your browser. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. When you download a CSV file, it is generated locally on your device.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect browsing history
• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not collect any data from websites other than Microsoft Teams

How We Use Your Data

Lawful Basis

We process your email address on the basis of contract performance—it is necessary to verify your purchase and provide you with access to the extension's features.

Third-Party Services

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your payment information directly. We do not have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy.

Cloudflare

Our purchase verification system runs on Cloudflare Workers, and purchase records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data Retention

• Purchase records are retained indefinitely to allow continued access to the extension
• Chat data is not retained—it exists only in your browser's memory during an active session and is discarded when you close the extension or browser

Data Security

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• We do not store passwords or payment credentials
• Chat data never leaves your device
